Mr Wee is the founder of We Excellent Aluminium & Glass Sdn Bhd. He is primarily responsible for setting long-term strategic goals to bring the company to the next level by identifying and seizing new opportunities. He is also responsible for streamlining work processes via improved workmanship management and coordination, as well as integrating new technologies into the company’s production process, most notably to improve the precision in aluminium product customisation.

With more than 25 years of experience in aluminium and glass production, Mr Wee brings his invaluable industry expertise to the company to drive its continued success. He also uses his experience to develop teamwork for a better working environment, which leads to consistent achievement of production quality and quantity goals.         

Ms Aileen is the co-founder of We Excellent Aluminium & Glass Sdn Bhd. She is responsible for quantifying project materials by studying 2D AutoCAD blueprints as well as on-site project inspection and supervision, analysing factory operations to identify areas for improvement before implementing changes to improve on production efficiency. She is also the company’s main negotiator and business relations manager where she helps to maintain good customer’s relations to meet customers’ expectations and requirements. Her other duties include managing day-to-day operations and administration of the company.
